This extraordinary event, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of the Bellmores, offers over 130 first-rate exhibits & attractions in a 25 square block area. It takes place along Bedford Avenue in Bellmore Village and along Petitt & Main Streets at the Bellmore Long Island Railroad Station.

Levittown and Malverne hosted by the Town of Hempstead,

Well Solar was the selected presenter at these seminars, and we were pleased to talk about how solar energy works, why solar energy makes sense on Long Island, and why the generous incentives for switching to solar electricity make it affordable, including residential
LIPA
cash rebates currently up to $17,500, and the federal 30% tax
credit and NY State 25% ($5,000 cap) tax credit available to
homeowners.

"Green" exhibits & more
Built Well
Solar
also participates in "green" exhibits across Long Island, including as a
sponsor at Green Expos at the Nassau County Strawberry Festival in
Bellmore, at Farmingdale University, the annual Bellmore Street
Festival, among others.
We have conducted educational forums at
local
elementary schools to encourage children of all ages to recycle and
learn about renewable energy, as well as participating in Rockville
Center at a special Earth Day celebration that was organized by girl
scouts as their gold award project, and so on. We have even shown how solar energy works to
college students at local universities as well as younger school children during special environment awareness days, Career Day,
Go Green Day, and so on.
